I'm saying Yes in 2016. How about you?

Happy New Year!

It may seem cliche but this is truly another one of my favorite times of the year. It's that time of year for rebirth or birth.

Everyone has a high level of optimism and feelings of aspirations. Can you relate? I'm no different, I feel the same things along with the desire to live my best life.

What separates us (eventually) are those who not only vow the commitment but also do the work necessary to get things done. 2016 is my year of "yes". I'm saying yes to things that use to scare me or make me feel uncomfortable.

I have a few items I need to get done this year mainly because I am tired of putting things off and ready to take my life to the next level.

If you're also at that point where you want to make changes in your life or try the unknown, you should join me on this journey. Click the hashtag link below and sign up to so we can do this together. I also share what exactly I am working on as well as how to get over fear.

Make 2016 your year of YES!

  • Another Round: Heben and Tracy are an awesome pair. If you're curious about the world from a Black perspective this is your show. They also have pretty cool guests on their show including Hillary Clinton. Another Round
